Why this site exists

This site is a personal professional space where I document how I understand ingredients —

Working in international sales within the herbal extract industry, I spend a large part of my time translating between technical data, internal production realities, buyer expectations, and real-world application needs. Many gaps, pains, and confusions never make it into catalogs or official brochures. This site is where I organize and clarify those parts.

Since the birth of my twin children, my perspective on natural health has completely shifted. Choosing the most natural and safe foods and products for my children every day made me realize the true power of nature and the importance of living a pure, mindful life.
